To activate the PMP(Price Match Promise), email care@glopter.com with your exclusive booking number and all of the key details of the lower-priced itinerary that you found, along with documentation like the URL or screenshots that will allow our customer service representatives to check that that special itinerary meets PMP requirements of our website.

Our customer service must find the lower fare from your information; we have the right to decline claims that cannot be properly substantiated or for which you submitted incomplete information. After our expert verifies that the PMP applies, you can keep your itinerary and receive a refund for the difference in price or cancel your booking for a full refund.

The PMP does not apply to fares offered on membership program websites, corporate discounts or rates; group, rewards program, or fares exclusively available after utilizing a coupon or other promotion not offered to the general public. Excluded variables are military, student, government, travel operator, vacation package, or "Web Only" rates.
